Andrew was originally a solicitor at Freehills, then having spent several years at McKinesy & Company, he moved to Byvest Advisors, which established the first dedicated leveraged buy-out fund in Australia. He became Managing Director at Byvest and then in 1996 founded Archer Capital, now a leading later stage private equity investment fund.
